Cuts into 5 slices of different thicknesses or into two types of strips - the slicer set includes two types of blade inserts suitable for grating into straws. A grater with very sharp blades made of Japanese blade steel . To protect your fingers, you will also find a vegetable holder/finger guard in the set. The grater thickness can be adjusted at the top of the grater with a rotary switch. Grate any vegetables, both hard and soft.
