Returning goods

Right of withdrawal

According to the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania and the Regulations of the MK No. 255 "Regulations on distance contracts", the Consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase of the Product specified in the Order within 14 calendar days after receiving the relevant Product.

If the Buyer wants to use the right of refusal, in that case he must contact the Seller by writing to the e-mail address info@paprika.lv. The Buyer receives a cancellation form from the Seller, which he fills out and sends to the Seller to the aforementioned e-mail.

The Buyer must send the goods back or hand them over to the Seller without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day when the Buyer notified the Seller of his decision to refuse the Goods within the scope of the Distance Agreement. The deadline will be met if the Buyer returns the goods before the 14-day deadline expires.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Seller refunds the price of the Goods returned by the Buyer using the right of withdrawal within thirty days after receiving the goods by transferring the price of the Goods to the bank account specified by the Buyer. Payment is not made in cash. The delivery fee is not refunded to the Buyer.

Article 12, Part 6 of the PTAL stipulates that, when refusing a purchase in the case of a distance contract, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal". During the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary to test the nature, characteristics and performance of the product (to the same extent as you could do before purchasing the product in a regular store).

The buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the Product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product, if the Product has been used in a way that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, including used for a purpose other than to determine the Product's properties or operation.

The Seller has the right not to accept the Product and to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of refusal, as well as not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the product, if in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation of May 28, 2002 No. 207 points The value of the product has been reduced, including:
1. The product is worn and/or damaged;
2. The product is not complete or not in the original packaging, or its packaging is significantly damaged (except for the case where it is impossible for the consumer to open the packaging without damaging it) in order to protect the product from damage or deterioration.

The goods must be undamaged, not lose their appearance (unremoved and undamaged labels, untorn protective films, etc.) and unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same set as it was received, with the purchase document, warranty card (voucher) (if one was issued), user instructions and other product accessories.

According to the Rules of the MK No. 255 The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if (but not limited to):

  • the item is made to the consumer's instructions or the item is clearly personalized;
  • the consumer has opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (such as food, special promotion products with which this is indicated, personal hygiene products - decoys, bottles, baby potties, etc.)

The seller may withhold the refund until the item is received back. In case of exercise of the right of refusal, the consumer bears the costs related to the return of the product.

In the case of the right of refusal, the Seller returns the payment received for the Product within 14 days from the day he received the returned Product from the Buyer. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
