The customer has the right to contact the internet store paprika.lv (SIA "RG Concept") with submissions, proposals or complaints about the services provided or their shortcomings, product warranty service and receive a substantive response.
A submission, proposal or complaint can be submitted:
- by sending electronically to info@paprika.lv
- Submitting in writing at SIA RG Concept paprika.lv goods delivery point at Hospitāļu iela 5, Riga, LV-1013;
- By sending in writing to the registered address of SIA RG Concept 14 - 1 Hospitāļu iela, Riga, LV-1013.
The submission, proposal or complaint must state:
- Order number;
- Applicant's name and surname;
- The nature of the submission, proposal or complaint, the circumstances and requirements related to it.
A response to a submission, complaint or suggestion will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than required by law and in the manner in which it was submitted, unless otherwise specified.
Procedure for handling complaints and out-of-court disputes.
If the complaint is recognized as unfounded and you do not agree to the recognition of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory enactments by submitting a written application to the seller of the goods for out-of-court dispute resolution, stating:
- name, surname, contact information;
- date of submission of the application;
- the nature of the dispute, the claims and their justification.
