Square ravioli / dumpling shape GEFU Ravenna
A practical square shape for making ravioli and dumplings. It's very simple - press out a square of dough with the bottom of the mold, place it in the mold and fill it with the chosen filling. To keep the pelmeni together, paint the edge with egg white or simply moisten it with water. Close the mold and squeeze it - the dumpling is ready.
