Preparation
- Dallmayr Classic is perfect for classic coffee preparation in filter coffee machines, pressure pots and coffee filters.
- If you use Dallmayr Classic coffee beans, it is recommended to use a fine grind.
- Recommended amount of coffee - 6-8g per 1 cup of coffee. Coffee measuring spoons available in stores can be easily used for measuring coffee - their standard capacity is 7g.
- When preparing coffee in a filter or pressure pot, the water temperature should not be higher than 92 - 95°C.
- Freshly brewed coffee is the best. If you have a large amount of coffee left over that you don't need right away, pour it into a thermos.
