Use and care

  • Before first use, wash the pan with a soft sponge in warm soapy water.
  • It is recommended to lubricate the inner ceramic coating of the pan with butter or oil before each use.
  • Do not overheat an empty pan.
  • The recommended pan temperature for optimal results is low to medium. The pan is not suitable for use at temperatures above +230°C.
  • To avoid overflow, fill the pan max 2/3 of its volume.
  • After use, let the pan cool and only then wash it.
  • To make the pan last longer, choose wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils when using the pan.
  • It is forbidden to cut the products in the pan with a sharp knife.
  • Using baking paper extends the life of the pan.
  • It is forbidden to use metal sponges, sharp brushes and caustic detergents to wash the pan.
