Pan Ballarini Rialto with a diameter of 28 cm is made of cold-forged aluminum, covered with a non-stick coating in 3 layers, for healthy frying with a small amount of fat.

Use and care
Suitable for use on all types of cooking surfaces except induction. Not suitable for use on induction.
- Rinse and dry the pan before first use.
- Then coat the non-stick surface with oil or grease to make the coating optimal for use.
- Burnt food can be easily removed with an ordinary sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents and metallic objects.
- We recommend cooking food on a low flame.
- If it is necessary to cook on a high flame, gradually heat the pan to the required temperature.
- It is recommended to use wooden or special plastic spatulas.
- It is not recommended to cut products on the pan.
- Can be washed in the dishwasher using a gentle mode with a low temperature of 50°.
