The pans are handmade and may have surface irregularities. This is normal and does not affect baking.
Uses and care
The pan is ready for use at the factory. Just wash it, dry it and grease the baking surface before use. Do the same every time after using the pan. If you don't take care of the pan, it can rust.
Not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
