The removable glass cover of the Unold Edel barbecue grill provides convenient protection against splashes. The large grill area has plenty of space for all kinds of delicacies. Culinary diversity is provided by two different surfaces : steak, ribs and sausages are perfect and grooved parts of the grill surface , where they also get a typical "grill look". The smooth part of the surface is intended for vegetables, fish and shellfish. Thanks to the non-stick coating of the grill surface , nothing burns. Both the grill surface and the large grease tray are easy to remove, making cleaning a breeze.

Adjustable temperature allows, for example, to gently cook fish and also to braise a T-bone steak. The temperature can be increased in 5 levels up to ~210°C.
