Cast iron pot - Uzbek kazan with an aluminum lid. Suitable for use in grills, as well as on all types of cooking surfaces, including induction.
The cast iron cauldron is used for cooking pilaf, stews, soups, etc.
  • Uzbek boiler 3.6 l.
  • The pot is polished, easy to maintain, with an aluminum lid.
  • With a flat bottom - suitable for use on all types of stove surfaces, including induction.
  • Fits Bono Minimo, Media, Grande and Grande Limited models.
  • Volume: 3.6 l.

The pots are made in Uzbekistan and are handmade, so they may have surface irregularities. This is normal and does not affect baking.

This cast iron cauldron is polished and ready for use already at the factory. Just wash it, wipe it, oil it and it's ready for use. In order for cast iron dishes to maintain their quality, it is always recommended to wipe and oil them after washing.
