Pea ( Pisum Sativum ) sprouts have a strong and slightly spicy taste. Due to their high protein content, they have good nutritional value. Sprouts have a high protein content (25%, with all 8 essential amino acids), a lot of fiber, carbohydrates, a lot of vitamins and minerals and a low level of fat.

Important! Pea microgreens can be eaten raw, while pea sprouts need to be blanched for at least 5 minutes before use. Do not eat raw sprouts before the 4th day - they contain hydrocyanic acid.
