Organic microgreens seeds Borago officinalis - borage, with a delicate, fresh, spicy cucumber aroma. The extremely tasty cucumber mint microgreens have an intense taste, enriching all salads, cold sauces, mayonnaise, cheese and egg dishes. Leaves with high mineral content, especially potassium, calcium, manganese, as well as asparagine (amino acid) and vitamin C.
In folk medicine, cucumber is attributed with calming and strengthening properties for the heart and nerves, and it also acts against hair loss and has a calming effect on cough and bronchitis.
