The name Rasavat pepper comes from the Sinhalese word Rasavat - delicious. They grow in Sri Lanka, next to rivers and canals. Thanks to abundant irrigation, pepper berries grow large and tasty.
Ground grains are light and aromatic.
Peppers are characterized by an intense sharpness with a fresh note. These organically grown peppers are the perfect everyday spice as they are a good addition to almost any dish.
